Hrithik Roshan splurged nearly Rs 100 crore on a new real estate transaction in Mumbai. The actor bought two apartments on several floors of a luxury building in the Juhu district of Mumbai, according to a report by Mumbai mirror.

Roshan’s new purchases include two apartments spread over the 14th, 15th and 16th floors of a building facing the sea on the Juhu-Versova Link road. One of the two apartments is a two-story penthouse, so the actor will likely convert both apartments into one large mansion. Roshan reportedly paid Rs 97.50 crore for the two apartments.

According to Mumbai mirror, the combined area of the two apartments is approximately 38,000 square feet, offering breathtaking sea views and a 6,500 square foot open-air terrace. If you spend close to Rs 100 crore on an apartment, the bonuses are just as valuable. The Roshan family will have an elevator exclusive to the apartment and would also have ten parking spaces in their name in the building.
