What if we told you that there are influencers who earn more than the average person? Yes, these influencers exist and they aren’t even real. For the past few years, CGI influencers have also been involved in making huge sums of money. These influencers might not be a real person, but to followers they are equivalent to any real artist.

The latest report from OnBuy revealed how much money these digital characters make on Instagram. He explains, “’Virtual influencers’ – also known as robot influencers or CGIs – are on the rise. They are fictitious, computer-generated “people” with the realistic characteristics, characteristics, and personalities of humans. They are becoming a real force to be reckoned with in the influencer marketing industry, taking social media by storm. And with more and more of Instagram emerging each week, and brands lining up to work with them, could this be the end for human influencers? “

Miquela Sousa, also known as Lil Miquela, is a robot-influencer who tops the list of highest paid influencer bots. Created by Trevor McFedries and Sara DeCou, it has 2.8 million Instagram followers and earns around $ 8,000 per sponsored post. The social media influencer has been featured in product recommendations from luxury brands such as Prada and Calvin Klien. Most recently, she worked with Samsung on promoting the new Galaxy Z flip phone. Lately, she has also tagged Amazon Fashion although she has not given any sign of sponsorship.

Behind Lil Miquela is Noonoouri, a virtual influencer created by graphic designer Joerg Zuber. She worked with Dior and reality TV star Kim Kardashian. OnBuy estimates that she earns around $ 1,600 per Instagram post. Other notable CGI influencers include Imma, which earns $ 1,200 per post, and Bermuda, $ 1,310 per Insta post.

Well, even though they might not be a real living person, but the money definitely goes to real humans, basically their creators.
